Our mobile gym will be stationed for 2 hours on a weekly basis in Tamworth during the school holidays.
The sessions will provide children and young people with a safe space to engage with peers as well as with our specialist team who will offer mental health, fitness and mentoring.
Our fully functional mobile unit includes functional equipment, battle ropes, dumbbells, benches, smith machine, leg curl and extension, free weights, lat pull down and much more!
All accessible to all ages with supervision provided at all times.
