Trampolining – CSCC

A chance to try this unique and individual sport, the session is structure and provides coaching of the the basic skills, then can work towards recognised British Gymnastics Awards where skills get progressively harder. Trampolining is a fun way to improve cardiovascular fitness, improve muscle tone, whilst learning new skills. Please wear sports clothes & socks along with trainers to warm up in, please bring a drink.
