Our sessions are designed to help young people build confidence, improve their wellbeing, and create positive friendships in a supportive setting.

Each session offers a mix of indoor and outdoor activities to suit a range of interests and abilities.

Indoor activities include arts and crafts, cooking, board games, table tennis, pool, music, gaming, team challenges, and wellbeing workshops.

Outdoor activities may include football, basketball, rounders, multi-sports, nature walks, gardening projects, outdoor games, and seasonal events.

We also run themed sessions, creative projects, and opportunities for young people to have their say and help shape future activities.

The sessions are suitable for young people aged 11–17.
