A safe, inclusive, and engaging environment where young people can develop physically, socially, and emotionally.

Dizzy Heights Youth Organisation will deliver an inclusive and engaging park-based activity session for young people aged 10–17 years.

The session will include a variety of sports and recreational activities such as football, basketball, rounders, relay races, team games, fitness challenges, icebreakers, and fun youth activities designed to promote physical activity, teamwork, confidence, communication, and social interaction.

The event is suitable for all young people aged 10–17, regardless of ability or experience, and aims to provide a safe, welcoming, and positive environment where participants can stay active, make new friends, and develop valuable life skills.

Dizzy Heights Youth Organisation is committed to supporting young people through sports, youth engagement, mentoring, and community programmes that promote wellbeing, inclusion, personal development, and positive community involvement.

All activities will be supervised by experienced youth workers, with appropriate safety measures in place, and participants will be encouraged to wear suitable outdoor clothing and bring a refillable water bottle.
