Our Kickboxing and Circuit Training sessions delivered by MAMA are welcoming, friendly and energetic, designed to help young people improve their physical wellbeing, build confidence and make new friends.
Each session will include a mixture of circuit training exercises and kickboxing activities, giving participants the chance to try something different while developing new skills.
The circuit training element will involve a range of fitness stations focused on strength, coordination, balance and endurance. Young people will take part in fun challenges and team-based activities that encourage them to support one another and celebrate their achievements.
The kickboxing sessions will teach basic techniques, footwork and movement in a safe, non-contact environment, helping participants build self-confidence, discipline and resilience.
This session is suitable for young people of all fitness levels and abilities, including those who may not normally take part in sport or physical activity. No previous experience is needed, and all activities can be adapted to ensure everyone feels included and able to participate.
