Each session will either consist of non contact Olympic style boxing utilising the National Boxing awards where participates can work towards achieving certificates and medals.
Sessions will be delivered by qualified England Boxing coaches and Boxing Tutors.
Activates such as bag work, skipping, physical conditioning and pad work as well as inputs, healthy lifestyles and nutrition.
Some sessions will be well being hikes of 3-8 miles duration utilising Staffordshire Footpaths to encourage young people to get out be active and enjoy countryside on their door steps.
