Vysions Coach in the Park is a free outdoor sports programme designed to encourage children and young people to get active, build confidence and make new friends in a safe and welcoming environment.
Each session offers a variety of fun, inclusive activities led by experienced youth workers and coaches.
Activities may include football, dodgeball, rounders, tug-of-war, relay races, target games, team-building challenges and other exciting sports.
New activities will be introduced throughout the programme to keep sessions fresh and engaging.
Sessions are suitable for a range of ages and abilities, with children encouraged to participate at their own pace.
Whether they enjoy competitive games or simply want to try something new, everyone is welcome.
Vysions believes that sport is about more than physical activity.
It helps develop teamwork, resilience, communication, confidence and positive friendships while providing a safe place for children and young people to enjoy their summer holidays.
