Each session is designed to give young people plenty to get stuck into, with a mix of structured activities and free time to relax.
You can expect a programme of sports and games, music, and group activities.
Or, if you prefer, quieter spaces for those who would rather chat, read or take part in board games.
A typical session will include sports such as boxercise, yoga, circuit training, HIT.
We are happy to take on any suggestions from young people regarding activities they would like to see, helping Princess Street Training Centre to meet the needs of the youth.
Our friendly team of qualified instructors and volunteers are available at every session, offering much needed support making sure everyone feels included in the activities.
There will be something available to suit every interest at Princess Street Training Centre.
