ESSENTIAL INFORMATION

Applicants must answer each of the essential questions below.
The ability of the tendering organisation to positively engage with young people aged 8-17 years from targetted cohorts (See SEection 3, not exhaustive). Include evidence of utilisation of established referralpathways from referring organisations.Please give examples of any successful non-summer holiday activities delivered by the tendering organisation that could be extended to the summer Space Programme period.(Maximum 150 words)
The tendering organisation's knowledge or alignment of its activities to 'Street Games Theory of Chnage' or similar approaches, demonstrating how sport and activities can divert young people from anti-social behaviour(ASB) and/or entering youth justice system.Space 2024 runs in the same period as the Olympics which are being hosted in France.Please consider using Olympics 2024 themed activities that could provide inspiration and encourage participation.(Maximum 150 words)
The tendering organisation's experience in working collaboratively with schools and community groups and/or locations which may be suitable for use by the Space Program 2024(Maximum 100 words)
The tendering organisation's experience in delivering activities that provide good value for money, positively engaging with largest cohort of young people whilst delivering greatest support.Include any 'in-kind 'contribution e.g. staffing, volunteers, venues and facilities or match funding.(Maximum 100 words)
The tendering organisation's ability to deliver Space 2024 diversionary activities in the priority areas defined in Section 4.(Maximum 100 words)

INDICATIVE COSTS

For EACH type of activity, the tendering organisation proposes to deliver, provide either hourly costs or daily costs (as appropriate), together with detail of the maximum number of participants that can be accommodated per activity. Additionally, per activity, determine the maximum number of days delivery that can be provided at each location.
