ESSENTIAL INFORMATION

Applicants must answer each of the essential questions below.
The ability of the tendering organisation to positively engage with universal and targeted cohorts of young people aged 8-17 (See Section 3, not exhaustive). Please give examples where this has been undertaken successfully, demonstrating evidence of established referral pathways from organisations working with these young people. (Maximum 200 Words)
The tendering organisation’s knowledge or alignment of its activities to ‘Street Games Theory of Change’ or similar approaches, demonstrating how sport and other activities can divert young people from anti-social behaviour (ASB) and / or entering the youth justice system? (Maximum 100 words)
The tendering organisation’s experience of working collaboratively with schools and community groups and / or at locations which may be suitable for use by the Space Programme 2025. (Maximum 100 words)
The tendering organisation’s experience in delivering activities that provide good value for money. Include any ‘in-kind’ contributions e.g. staffing, volunteers, venues and facilities or match funding? (Maximum 100 words)
The tendering organisation’s ability to deliver Space 2025 diversionary activities in the priority areas defined in Section 4. (Maximum 100 words)
The tendering organisation’s ability to promote positive cohesion. Please consider how your organisation might be able to include positive cohesion themed activities, including details of how this might be delivered. (Maximum 100 words)

INDICATIVE COSTS

For EACH activity the tendering organisation proposes to deliver, provide:
  • hourly costs or daily costs of the activity (as appropriate)
  • the maximum number of participants that can be accommodated per activity
  • the maximum number of days of delivery per activity that can be provided at each location.
