⭐Open to mixed ages (5yrs+ and past, present and new participants

⭐Our qualified British Gymnastics Coaches start by teaching you the basic skills.

⭐We then work towards an award scheme, providing a structured and progressive sessions. If completed on the day these can be purchased at the end of the session (£3 cash)

⭐Please wear sports clothes and socks, along with trainers to warm up in.

⭐Please bring a packed lunch and plenty to drink.
